This is no problem at connox.You can resign and receive the value of goods as a private person within 4 weeks upon receipt of the good of your purchase after the return of the good reimbursed. This regulates the German distance selling act.
Do I have a conversion right?
Of course! If an ordered article should not correspond to your wishing,you can return the article within 4 weeks through return of the good. The time period begins at the earliest with receipt of the good and this instruction. The ensuring of the time period, the timely dispatch of the good suffices.
How would I accomplish a conversion?
Please get in contact with us by e-mail or telephone basically before a return. This prevents the occurring of unnecessary costs that we take into account.
Please reconcilable an appointment with us at which your package can be taken back by a pick up service. If the value of goods of the return amounts less than 40 Euro, you have to bear the shipping charges of the return. Additional costs for unfree shipments are not taken over from us and are taken to you to load retroactively into account.
