Conversion

Besides the legal revocation right for you as a user, we also offer the possibility of converting articles that you don’t like or that don’t fit by other articles.

If an ordered article should not correspond to your wishing and you would like to have this article in another size, execution or color etc., exchange it into a completely other product. This is no problem at connox. You can resign and receive the value of goods as a private person within 4 weeks upon receipt of the good of your purchase after the return of the good reimbursed.

If the purchase price of the article you want to converse is higher than the new article’s price, we reimburse the difference after sending the new article via bank transfer on your bank account.

If the purchase price of the article you want to converse is lower than the new article’s price, you are bound to reimburse the difference on our bank account via bank transfer in advance.

How would I accomplish a conversion?

Please get in contact with us by E-Mail or telephone basically before a return. This prevents the occurring of unnecessary costs that we take into account.

For the returns we can send you an electronic parcel label via email (on request also via post), with which you can yield to the post office.

As soon as we received your package, the already performed payment will be conversed by a new article. Please do NOT cancel debits or bank transfers to avoid unnecessary fees.

Please note the following points:

• Do not send the good back unfree!
• Attach a copy of the invoice with a comment about the shipment.
• Make sure that the good is returned unused and if possible with the original packaging.

A non-observance of the above mentioned points does not restrict your right of withdrawl! We reserve it ourselves however to take the additional costs for the unfree shipment and the costs for a new packaging into account. Herefrom unaffected remain your legal defect rights if the goods were damaged already before you received them.

Of course your cancellation right remains besides the possibility of conversion.
