If an ordered article should not correspond to your wishing and you would like to have this article in another size, execution or color etc., exchange it into a completely other product. This is no problem at connox.You can resign and receive the value of goods as a private person within 4 weeks upon receipt of the good of your purchase after the return of the good reimbursed. This regulates the German distance selling act.

Do I have a conversion right?

Of course! If an ordered article should not correspond to your wishing,you can return the article within 4 weeks through return of the good. The time period begins at the earliest with receipt of the good and this instruction. The ensuring of the time period, the timely dispatch of the good suffices.

How would I accomplish a conversion?

Please get in contact with us by e-mail or telephone basically before a return. This prevents the occurring of unnecessary costs that we take into account.

Please reconcilable an appointment with us at which your package can be taken back by a pick up service. A collection is possible from Monday to Saturday in the course of the day, a firm time cannot be determined. Alternatively we can approach you also a parcel label by postal service, with which you can deliver your package at the postal service.
As soon as we received your package, we will transfer your money immediately back in already performed payment . At direct debit and credit card debits, please do NOT cancel the payment process in order to avoid the occurring of unnecessary fees.

Please note the following points:

• Do not send the good back unfree!
• Attach a copy of the calculation with a comment about the shipment.
• Make sure that the good is returned unused and in intact original packaging.

A non-observance of the above mentioned points does not restrict your right of withdrawl! We reserve it ourselves however to take the additional costs for the unfree shipment and the costs for a new packaging into account.

Who bears the shipping charges in a return?

If the value of goods of the return amounts more than 40 Euro, we borrow the regular shipping charges for you. If the value of goods of the return amounts less than 40 Euro, you have to bear the shipping charges of the return. Additional costs for unfree shipments are not taken over from us and are taken to you to load retroactively into account.
