Fast delivery

This number is re-calculated every day. The calculations are thereby made for all orders of articles “in stock”, sent in 24 hours. This means that maximal 24 hours passed from the order (e.g. prepayment income) to the handover to DHL. Only working days from Monday to Friday are counted as delivery days.

Articles shipped via forwarding business aren’t included in this calculation.

When can I expect with ordered good?

As far as the ordered good is available (marked in the Shop as "in stock"), each Standard-Order will arrive the same day until 15:00 clock (express orders until 17:00 clock), also transacted immediately. I.e. the good leaves at Connox same day you ordered it. Normally the DHL standard sent good should arrive (applies not for express , UPS shipments or forwarding shipment) in 1-3 working days within Germany.

Where do I find the delivery times?

Under the product representations are the single variants of the product. Each variant is marked with an own delivery time, that expels e.g. a date, a month statement or the status "immediately available". The green statement "in stock" means that the corresponding good is immediately available from the Connox warehouse and will be sent the same day of order (until 15:00 clock); a date or a month mark the appointment when the goods arrive in our warehouse.
