Please reconcilable an appointment with us at which your package can be taken back by pick up service. A collection is possible from Monday to Saturday in the course of the day, a firm time cannot be determined. Alternatively we can approach you also a parcel label by postal service, with which you can deliver your package at the postal service.
Please note following points:
A non-observance of that above mentioned point does not restrict your right of withdrawl! We reserve it ourselves however to take the additional costs for the unfree shipment and the costs for a new packaging into account.
Who bears the shipping charges in a return?
If the value of goods of the return amounts to more than 40 Euro, we borrow the regular shipping charges for you. If the value of goods of the return amounts to less than 40 Euro, you have to bear the shipping charges of the return.Additional costs for unfree shipments are not taken over from us and are taken to you to load retroactively into account. In the case of a claim, we receive basically the shipping charges.
