Shipping costs to foreign countries?

The costs depend on the supplier country and the weight of the package. You have the opportunity to calculate the shipping costs in our shopping basket. To do so, you have to choose the supplier country and the calculation will occur automatically.

If the delivery has a high order value, the shipping will also be free of costs. The limit of a free shipment is 10% shipping charges on the merchandise value (not for delivery by freight carrier).

Please note that the minimum order value for foreign countries also is 20,- Euros (for orders from less than 20,- Euros, we charge a service from 5 Euros.)

The shipment is usually made by UPS. In some cases you will have the opportunity to choose between UPS and DHL in your order process. Please note that DHL is cheaper than UPS, but the delivery is much longer.

Shipping costs within Germany?

The delivery is always free within Germany! Please note our minimum order-value (for orders under a value of goods of 20 €, an extra charge of 5 € is added).

We regularly send our products with DHL. After sending, you will receive an e-mail, in which you will find the tracking-code of your consignment. On the webpage from DHL you can look at the delivery-status of your package with your zip code and your tracking-code.

If we have to send your order as part-delivery, because of technical or temporally reasons, we will charge you the shipping costs only once.

Delivery to Switzerland and non-European Union-countries?

Swiss customers and non-European-Union-customers do not have to pay the German sales tax (19%) and will receive a net invoice from us. The sales tax will be elated from the particular country, mostly through the customs authority.
