Wooden Seat for 2

The Meet bench by Menu was inspired by a traditional piano bench. The simple design is stylishly enhanced by fine details and a harmonious combination of function and aesthetics. Thanks to its timeless appearance, the bench can be used in many different ways and its special features ensure it is an eye-catcher in any room. The crossed bars and the seat covered with felt give the Meet bench a modern and homely character, which was the effect the Norm Architects designers had wanted to create.

Seating for Every Room

The name of the bench is derived from one of its functions: placed in the corridor, the Meet bench serves as a welcome seat where people meet and exchange a few words when coming and going. The piece of furniture with an attractive steel frame is also suitable as seating at the dining table or as a small, alternative sideboard, on which pictures or decorative items can be displayed.

Great design at a great price point

4 of 5 stars 2017-12-23, , Menu - Meet Bench, black

Love a lot about this piece. It works superbly at our dining table and feels sturdy. However, the gold screws didn't seem to go in flush on the legs and that does detract from the solid look and makes it feel a tad Ikea-ish.
