The Audo WM String Lounge Chair is a wire chair with a light and airy design. Despite the minimalist use of materials, the chair convinces with surprisingly high comfort.

Behind the wire design of the WM Lounge Chair is the design studio WM from Rotterdam. Founders Wendy Legro and Maarten Collignon aim to create seamless simple designs that reflect the love put into them and their details - over many years.

"The strength of the metal gave us the freedom to push the boundaries and look for the thinnest, lightest possible construction that would bring lightness to the design, literally and figuratively," explains Studio WM. "The contrast between the thin metal wire and a soft cushion creates a desire to touch and use the product."

Wire armchair with surprising comfort

The thin structure of the wire frame has a light, airy feel that contrasts subtly with cushions of all kinds that can be placed on the lounge chair - or blankets or other soft objects that fit on the chairs. Even without a seat cushion, the wire armchair is surprisingly comfortable, thanks to its ergonomically curved shape and slightly yielding wire structure.

Another advantage of being made of powder-coated steel: thanks to the resistant and strong material, the lounge chair can also be used outdoors.

WM Chair is also available as a higher Dining Chair , which is a typical chair for all everyday purposes.
