The Eames Cover Print Jan 1944 by Vitra is a high-quality reprint of a cover page of the Arts & Architecture Magazine from January 1944. Charles and Ray Eames were in close contact with the team of the then trendy and influential art, architecture, music and film magazines in Los Angeles.
Emphasis on Quality Design Paper
While Charles published several articles for the magazine at the time, Ray designed in total 27 cover images between 1941-47. Now, Vitra in collaboration with the Eames Office made a selection of some of them and reprinted them.
The reprints are printed in screen printing technology on high-quality design paper with 33 x 42.2 cm format and fit the standard frame size 40 x 50 cm.
