The Nusskubus was designed by the Berlin design team Adam und Harborth, and brings archaic-style nut opening directly into the civilised person’s living room.
Memories of humankind’s stone-age forefathers are awakened when the clothed homo sapiens sits at the table and cracks open nuts by hitting two wooden dice against each other.
The Nusskubus’ dice have three different depressions in the surface which can take on any commonly sized nut in the world. Put one of your chosen nuts in one of these pits and hit both dice against each other: you’ll have a nut cracked open and immediate enjoyment from this unconventional way of cracking nuts.
The Nusskubus consists of 2 beech wooden dice. The dice are waxed and come in gift packaging including instructions.
