Initially presented on the Ambiente 2007 from the specialized trade world, as prototype, the wine spout decanter- aero from Ulber Design for mono has achieved a fulminate start. In its mono-typical, technoiden shaping the new wine spout convinces through interior qualities over all.
The mono aero surpasses the effectiveness of common existing spouts for wine airing. The Venturi principle that was already used in existing products is fulfilled with a second, effective wine-airing procedure at the mono-spout.
Contemporaneous researches of an independent laboratory achieved the following results: after the effusing procedure with the new mono decanting spout, red wine shows an air content of 3.06 O2mg/l, which makes up an oxygen saturation of 38 percent.
The effusing of the wine with the new mono aero is extremely exciting for the wine, as well as for the wine drinker. Because the continuation of the measuring range has shown that after a few more minutes, the wine reaches an oxygen saturation of 6.0 O2mg/l. This is equal to the value of wine after one hour of decanting. And after another 20 minutes inside of the glass, the oxygen saturation with a value of 7.9 O2mg/l has exceeded it clearly. But who wants to wait this long for the glass?
