How do I find a product?
On the home page is a field on the upper right for your search item. There you can search for a product specifically. You can obviously find a product through our Top navigation. Optionally here you find products after categories sorted (e.g. accessories, cooking, technology etc.), manufacturers, designer or design prices. The single areas offer additional background information to you and invite for browsing and dawdling.
How do I order at Connox?
You order in our shop, as you
1)put an article into the shopping basket
2)Input your invoice address and (if deviating) name your delivery address
3)Choose a shipping and method of payment
4)Confirm the correctness of your statements on the control side.
5)To be finished click on the button “send order”

You will find further information to the cash area under Help cash process. You find the information about the moment of the contract expiry in the corresponding section in General Terms and Conditions.
How do I put a product into the shopping basket?
On the product sites, are the single articles under the product images and -descriptions. Here you find the product listed after colours, sizes and other characteristics. If you have found your favourite, click on the symbol with the shopping cart and you be led automatically to the cash register through the shopping basket function.

Where do I find the delivery times?
Under the product representations, you find the itemized single variants of the product. Each variant is documented with an own delivery time, that expels for example. a date, a month statement or the status "immediately available". The green writing statement "immediately available" means that the corresponding good is immediately available and will be send at the same day of the order (until 15:00 'clock); a date or a month statement marking the appointment at which the good can arrive and become send in our warehouse.
