Seemingly Floating Metal Picture Frame
The Phantom picture frame is an exceptionally aesthetic accessory designed by the South Korean designer Sung wook Park for Umbra. The refined metal construction creates the impression that the frame is hovering in front of the wall. A dynamically shaped bow on the back ensures a certain distance from the wall, so that the frame protrudes a little into the room.
The desired image is placed between two panes of glass, so there is no opaque back and a passpartout is not necessary, even with small-format pictures. Photograph, posters and drawings can all be stylishly displayed.
