The highlight of the Grand Cru cutlery is the use of EcoZen - a bio-based plastic. The fossil part of the material is partially replaced by biomass. It is approved for food and is heat-resistant thanks to CoPolyester, which produces a similar effect to Tritan. Likewise, the material is extremely robust and resistant. Free of BPA and phthalates. 100% recyclable after service life.
