Wooden salt bowl
The egg-shaped salt bowl from Spring Copenhagen was designed by Sven Erik Tonn-Petersens and is a small salt barrel made of ash wood. The idea for the salt egg is already fifty years old. However, the production at that time would have been too costly, so the egg was never produced.
Wooden bowl with lid
The egg is made of ash wood and has a removable lid. Inside the egg can be stored salt but also small nuts and other goodies.
The salt egg is a great example of commercial art and the perfect companion to the Pepper Bird pepper mill from Spring Copenhagen .
