An object only counts as design icon once it passes the test of time and does not loose any of its symbolic strength despite passing time and numerous variants. With the FlowerPot lamp, &Tradition has brought a true design icon back to life. In 1969, the already legendary Danish architect and designer Verner Panton designed the award-winning FlowerPot lamp. Of the 25 light designs that were created by Verner Panton, FlowerPot and Topan are among the most popular designs
Panton is known as a pioneer in the interior design world when it comes to integrating pop-art elements. In naming the FlowerPot lamp, the designer was inspired by the flower power era and created the FlowerPot lamp as a monument. The aluminium and stainless steel construction is available in various colours.
