Large pendant luminaire with 83 cm diameter
The Big FL/Y pendant luminaire from Kartell is a design by designer Ferruccio Laviani and is characterised by its harmonious shape. The luminaire is made of PMMA in a solid-coloured or transparent version. At the same time, the pendant luminaire is available in many different colours - suitable for every taste. The transparent models in particular are reminiscent of bubbles shimmering in the sunlight.
Form and light
The lampshade or the dome of the FLY pendant luminaire is not perfectly hemispherical: the cutting height is slightly below the diameter height, which bundles the outgoing light. This makes the luminaire particularly suitable for spot lighting at the dining or kitchen table or other areas where concentrated light is required.
