The CIRCLE 35 is the minimalist base model focused on classic plancha grilling. The Pro version expands this concept with an additional level featuring a small pan : Food can be kept warm, cooked, or broiled beneath the grill plate. These accessories, as well as the retaining ring, are included with the Pro model but are not included with the standard model.
