The modular Skagerak Tradition outdoor sofa, designed by Povl B. Eskildsen for Fritz Hansen, brings the simplicity and functionality of Danish design to the outdoors.
Inspired by traditional spindle furniture and mid-century chair designs, this sofa embodies the essence of Danish design tradition. It strikes a perfect balance between functionality and aesthetics and provides an intimate space for relaxation and leisure.
The wooden frame is carefully fitted and shaped using special techniques to preserve the natural beauty of the wood while ensuring durability, comfort and timeless design. Crafted with precision from FSC-certified teak, renowned for its beauty, strength and durability.
The corner module features expert craftsmanship with intricate finger-jointed joints and concealed dado joints.
Attention to detail includes concealing the end grain to create a smooth appearance and prevent cracking.
