Teak garden bench with stainless steel frame
The Lilium Bank von Skagerak was created in cooperation with Bjarke Ingels and is characterised by its airy, light appearance. The bench can be used outdoors and be part of a lounge area with other furniture of the Lilium Series. The seat of the Lilium Bench made of robust teak wood, which is ideal for outdoor use. Slim slats allow rainwater to drain away quickly and provide a loosened appearance. The base is a crossed stainless steel base frame with secure lines and a slim silhouette. In combination, a modern bench is created, which, arranged on the balcony, on the terrace or in front of the house, invites you to relax and linger. For even more comfort, a matching seat cover is available.
Care
As the teak is untreated, the surface patinates over time and eventually turns into a beautiful silver-grey colour. If you wish to maintain or intensify the original honey-gold colour, use a suitable furniture oil regularly. Whatever you choose, thanks to the high content of natural oils, the wood is resistant to wind and weather. In winter, it is recommended to store the furniture in an unheated room such as a garage or cellar.
