Teak garden chair with stainless steel frame
The Lilium chair by Skagerak is designed by Bjarke Ingels and is characterized by its high-quality and modern design. The basis is a filigree frame made of stainless steel, with a crossed base. Rounded edges and soft lines characterise the design and provide lightness. The teak seat and backrest are enthroned on the frame. The slat structure provides pleasant ventilation for the back in summer and allows rainwater to drain quickly in bad weather.
The Lilium chair can be perfectly combined with the garden furniture from the series of the same name to create an inviting sitting area in the garden, on the terrace or balcony.
To make the chair even more comfortable, a matching seat cover is available from Skagerak
Care
As the teak is untreated, the surface patinates over time and eventually turns into a beautiful silver-grey colour. If you wish to maintain or intensify the original honey-gold colour, use a suitable furniture oil regularly. Whatever you choose, thanks to the high content of natural oils, the wood is resistant to wind and weather. In winter, it is recommended to store the furniture in an unheated room such as a garage or cellar.
