Discreet, Square Wall Mirror
The View Mirror is a real novelty in the program of the Danish manufacturer Audo: The descendants of Mogens and Flemming Lassen have designed a mirror, which perfectly suits the classic designs of the Scandinavian functionalism pioneers with clear, cubic, nearly graphic appearance.
The characteristic and simple design of the Audo View makes the mirror appear as timeless as the original designs by the Lassen brothers. The brothers were strongly influenced by the Bauhaus and they also encouraged the establishment of the new school of functionalism in Denmark, which still shapes and characterises Scandinavian design.
Since the View Mirror has a square shape with hardly visible edges, it is wonderfully suitable to be combined with posters, images and art prints. Thanks to the archetypical shape, Audo’s View Mirror doesn’t only suit the graphically designed furniture of the Danish manufacturer, but also other furniture that have a timelessly simple, edged and minimalistic shape.
