The Piazza tray from Kartell was designed by Fabio Novembre and pays homage to the squares in his home town of Lecce, a city in the southern Italian region of Apulia. Novembre combines original and traditional shapes with modern materials in his serving tray, creating a utilitarian object that is both familiar and modern at the same time.
