Comfortable armchair with plush fur
The Little Petra Lounge Chair by designer Viggo Boesen was first presented at the Copenhagen Cabinetmakers Guild Exhibition in 1938, immediately met with praise and was awarded prizes at exhibitions in Berlin and New York, among others. It is one of the designs Boesen produced in the 1930s and can be counted among the Danish Funkis Style, a style that is characterized by a gentler, more opulent and organic aesthetic than the approach of the Bauhaus of the time.
Wooden legs
Litte Petra is characterized by its inviting design: The deep seat and the wide, curved backrest invite you to linger and provide exceptional comfort. The curved ears gently embrace the user, making him feel safe and welcome. Four rounded wooden legs form the basis of the chair and their shape underlines the organic design language of the chair.
The Little Petra Lounge Chair from & tradition fits perfectly into an existing seating group, but also provides a great eye-catcher when standing alone.
