Foldable shelving system

Fläpps shelving from Ambivalenz is a foldable wall shelving system that is compact and extremely flat against the wall when closed, and becomes a multifunctional piece of furniture when unfolded. In different lengths, heights and colors with one or more shelves, the Fläpps shelf is ready for any situation and the living area can be designed with the shelves individually and completely according to their own needs.

The shelves are made of multiplex birch with stainless steel hinges. They are painted by hand and are available in different colors. A small loop made of felt facilitates the folding down of the shelf.

Different sizes and functions

The large 80 x 40 cm and 80 x 80 cm shelves are available with two or three shelves and offer space for thick books, vases, coffee machines and much more. Optionally, a Add On is also available, which transforms all Fläpps wall shelves with shallow depth into a shoe rack by a trick.

All shelves can be combined with each other and with the other furniture of the Fläpps series. Together they can create an individually designed wall that takes up no space when folded and is a real space miracle when unfolded.
