Classic Stool Made of Steel and Paper Cord
The Vent stool designed by Christina Liljenberg Halstrøm for Skagerak is a classic stool made of black powder-coated steel and braided paper cord. It is a beautiful piece of furniture next to the sofa or bed, in front of the desk or in the hallway next to the coat stand and shoe rack. Thanks to its simple and timeless appearance, it adapts to any room situation.
In Collaboration with Blindes Arbejde
"Vent" means "wait" in Danish. The stool was originally designed as a museum chair, ideal to sit on when taking a short break. The stool is made in collaboration with the Danish organisation "Blind Arbejde", which supports visually impaired people in the production of traditional, handcrafted design.
