Tray with Iconic Flower Pattern
Designed in 1964, the Unikko pattern by Maija Isola has charmed the world with it bright colours, bold shapes and simple lines that to this day has lost none of its appeal. The large flower patterns by Marimekko is known worldwide and is now an icon of Finnish design that adorns a variety of household accessories. In 2009, Maija Isola's daughter, Kristina Isola began using the floral pattern on a smaller scale. The tray is adorned with the Mini Unikko pattern that injects a fresh, spring-time feeling to your home with its bright colours.
Measuring 31 cm in diameter, the tray is ideal to serve small snack and can also be used as a decorative element in the kitchen and living area. Spices, oils, or other objects of everyday life can be stylishly arranged and highlighted in a wonderful way.
Marimekko produces the round mini Unikko tray from birch plywood, which is why it should only be cleaned by hand.
