Blow is an illuminated ceiling fan by Luceplan. The light lights up above the blades and shines elegantly through the transparent, methacrylate wings. The Blow design was made by Ferdi Giardini in 1997.
The fan’s blades can be easily installed and swapped, without impacting on the device’s technology. You can also reverse the direction of the blades by pressing a button. The unusually quiet motor in Blow (only 32 dB) is located next to the lightbulb in the polycarbonate casing.
Blow comes with a single halogen lightbulb with a standard E27 socket. The lamp’s lighting can also be dimmed.
An infrared remote control is available separately and is required for operating and adjusting the light and fan.
Blow’s blades are available in various colours and also in a screen-printed variation.
