Mongolian-inspired pendant lamp

The Pao Steel pendant lamp by Hay is inspired by the shape of the traditional Mongolian Pao tents, which glow discreetly at night. Designer Naoto Fukasawa managed to capture the same atmospheric warmth with the rounded shape of the lampshade and the LED light source hidden inside.

The result was a simple but aesthetic lamp, the design of which can be found in almost every corner of the house: whether above the dining table, as a night lamp in the bedroom or as lighting in the living room. Wherever you place Pao Steel, its soft light and design will fill the room with calm and style.

Hidden LED slot and different colors and sizes

Thanks to the latest developments in LED technology, it has become possible to hide the light source inside the lampshade under a PMMA diffuser and thus preserve the overall aesthetics of the design object. Please note, however, that the delivery does not include bulbs.

The lampshade itself is made of steel with a high-gloss finish and is available in many different colors and sizes.
