Lamps with Double-Walled Shade Void is a lamp series by Tom Dixon
After all, the lamps are made using a double-walled metal shade that is inspired by the principle of a vacuum jug.
The lamps, which are made of stainless steel, brass and copper, remind us of Olympic medals in gold, silver and bronze. The mysterious light object is equipped with a powerful halogen bulb (G9) that is focused into a beam through the recessed lamp shade.
The Void Pendant Lamps are manufactured in an elaborate process. The individual metal sheets are pressed, stamped and heated, resulting in a double-walled shade that is then polished by hand and varnished to obtain the special glossy effect. Use only a dry cloth for cleaning. Avoid the use of water or detergents.
