The Crate Dining Chair chair from Hay is one of the classics that have been reissued. The Crate Collection of the Dutch architect and designer Gerrit Rietveld, was designed in 1934. The aim was to use surplus wooden boxes for transportation. The Crate Dining Chair was manufactured with a strong focus on the original design and features the same, extremely precisely balanced proportions. The transparent design allows for an optimized assembly process.
Crate Dining Chair Offers comfort without taking up a lot of space. It is made of solid pine wood and thanks to its water-based paint, the Dining chair can be placed both indoors and outdoors. Available in different colors.
