Eva Schildt

Eva Schildt studied furniture and product design at the Beckmans School of Design in Stockholm. She graduated there in 2001. She started to work as independent designer in the same year.

Her works include a wide selection of products such as furniture, objects, textile design, accessories and packages. Schildt thereby often gets her inspiration out of nature. She gives a poetical or humorous turn to her ideas and she plays with forms and objects of our daily life. The Swede already proved her creativity in cooperation with companies such as Design House Stockholm, Playsam, IKEA or Simplicitas.

Eva Schildt also works as a guest teacher at the Beckmans School of Design in Stockholm, the Iceland Academy of the Arts and the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City besides her work as designer.
