The idea for Hee came from the desire to design an environmentally friendly chair and armchair series whose materials would be easy to recycle. By making a piece of furniture from a single material, one avoids environmentally damaging transport routes between different production sites, and furthermore, this simplifies the process of recycling.

The basic idea was to take an archetypal chair as a template and perfect it in every single detail, raising the design a class, simplifying the structure at the same time and improving functionality. The idea was to create a clear, simple piece of furniture that would fit in many places - modern, but not so time-specific that he could not find use for a long time.

Striking a balance was also critical in the design. To combine functionality and aesthetics at a high level, just the right wire gauge had to be chosen. The Hee chairs, the bar stool and also the lounge chair are made of 11 mm thick metal wire and their shape is reminiscent of a sketch, a three-dimensional pencil drawing.

Stackable for the garden & the living room

The stackable furniture is galvanized and powder coated. Thus, they can withstand any weather and are therefore ideal for outdoor seating.
