Knoll - Saarinen Tulip Side Table

In addition to the Tulip Chair, for the first time in 1956 tables also emerged from the Tulip collection. They are also embossed by the unmistakable Saarinen design and include the idea of the one-foot piece of furniture.

The Knoll produced Tulip side table is not only a design highlight in company of the Tulip Chair. In living rooms or bedrooms, it becomes both a deposit space and an eye catcher at the same time. Its clear and subtle design is perfectly integrated in every furnishing.

The frame of the Tulip side table is cast aluminium. Black and white frames are additionally available protected by a Rilsan surface coating; platinum coloured frames are coated with polyurethane. The table top can be chosen from laminate, marble, or veneer. Moreover, there are different frame heights and diameters of the table top available.

• Characteristics: Eero Saarinen’s pillar-collection includes dining, coffee, and side-tables. The Knoll logo is located under the legs. A sign with the KnollStudio logo and the signature of Eero Saarinen is placed on the lower part of the table top or at the upper part of the table top.
• Construction: table tops are available in satin finish laminate with machined edge and in Santos rosewood and teak. Coated marble table tops with transparent polyester lacquer for an easy removal of dirt and stains. Pillar foot from cast aluminium. Black and white legs are protected with Rilsan. The platinum colour legs have a polyurethane coating with a transparent finish.
• Surface: The tables are available in white laminate and coated marble in different colours and different veneers. The leg is available in black, white, or platinum.
