The napkin holder which belongs to the Stelton Classic-Line helps all those who don’t have the time to fold napkins. Form and function perfectly agree with each other and thus, it looks very pretty on any table. Due to its minimalist, simple and modern shape it is always an eye-catcher, but never too dominant.
Since the 1960s the company Stelton has been aiming at producing high-quality table and serving utensils made of stainless steel. From then on, Stelton has been awarded several times with the Industry Prize from the Danish Society for Industrial Design. In addition, many Stelton products can be admired nowadays in museums, like e.g. in the Museum of Modern Art in New York, the British Museum in London and the National Museum for Applied Arts in Munich.
The napkin holder was created by the designer Peter Holmblad in 1997. Due to its weight, a stick made of stainless steel pushes the napkins down and prevents them from being blown away by a gust of wind. The napkins keep staying in order and can be removed easily from the holder. The 18/8 matt polished stainless steel grants an outstanding quality, is durable and dishwasher-safe.
