According to Alessi itself, La Cupola is the in-house espresso maker par excellence. Made from cast aluminum, La Cupola is Aldo Rossi's answer to the classic espresso maker and is an espresso maker for everyone, both in terms of quality and price.

The design dates back to 1988 and is an example of how Aldo Rossi created some of the most representative designs of the 1980s. La Cupola enters into a dialog with people's tastes: When it comes to design, the elegant shapes leave hardly anything to be desired and when it comes to coffee, La Cupola has heat-conducting properties that make it possible to make the perfect espresso.
