Created at a time when floral motifs were barely present at Marimekko , Maija Isola created an entire series of innovative floral prints with Unikko, which are still writing design history today. The jug is part of the Oiva series, which was designed by Sami Ruotsalainen and combines clear shapes with practical everyday use.
Made from robust stoneware, the jug is suitable for the dishwasher, oven, microwave and freezer, making it ideal for everyday use. The decorative sticker on the underside should be removed before use as it contains a small amount of metal.
