Work lamp in small version
The Type 75 Mini table lamp from Anglepoise combines elegant and classic design with excellent function. The small variant is, differently than its big sister with 53 cm of height, only 40 cm tall, however, is not inferior to it in any way.
The luminaire was designed by the industrial designer George Carwardine, who already in the 1930s was striving to create a versatile work lamp. After the Type 1228, he designed the Type 1227 for private use, which today is considered a classic among table lamps. After 80 years of further development, the Type 75 now finds its place on the tables of the world and has great potential to be traded as a design icon.
The design by Sir Kenneth Grange inspires with its timeless design, which blends in with any furnishing style and meets the requirements of a work lamp in the best possible way. Depending on requirements, the Type 75 Mini table lamp can be precisely adjusted in height using the specially developed tension spring technology. The flexible screen can also be turned in the desired direction. In this way, the luminaire adapts to the respective situation - whether when reading on the sofa, as a bedside luminaire next to the bed or as a workplace luminaire in private and professional areas.
