Iconic wooden armchair with soft upholstery
The J146 Lounge chair from FDB Møbler is a true legend when it comes to Danish furniture design. Launched in 1970, the armchair designed by Erik Ole Jørgensen is still one of FDB Møbler 's biggest icons for timeless design and outstanding craftsmanship.
Erik Ole Jørgensen also had a special talent for working with textiles and colours. This is another reason why his furniture design has stood the test of time for almost five decades without losing its appeal.
Oak wood and various upholsteries
This lounge chair consists of a light oak frame made of FSC®-certified forests and a comfortable upholstery, optionally in leather or wool. The hugging backrest made of slender wooden struts provides additional comfort. These give the robust armchair an airy and light expression.
J146 is used in a cosy reading corner in the living room, but also in the bedroom.
