The floor lamp Spider 3319 by Oluce is a real classic: designed in 1965, the concept was, at the time, groundbreaking. Adjustable in all directions, the Spider 3319 was the first of its kind.
In 1967 it was awarded the prestigious Compasso d'Oro.
Joe Colombo's spider lamp soon became a prototype for a new kind of light source. The head of the Spider 3319 can be adjusted not only in height, but it also turns and swivels. Colombo had always had a vision for multifunctionality which is reflected in the Spider 3319. Thanks to its versatility, it can be used and angled in many different ways.
The Italian company Oluce produces the base of the lacquered metal floor lamp while the bar is chrome-plated. The reflector itself is made of aluminium. With its history, processing and style, the Spider 3319 floor lamp is a versatile spotlight for every design enthusiast and also available in black and white.
