Candlesticks and flower pots
The playful forms of the Nappula series by Iittala are a creation of the designer Matti Klenell and are very popular. Curiously, the designer has based the characteristic shape on the strange, wide legs of an old table that he found interesting in the Nuutajärvi Glass Museum. The Nappula products all have an effect with their soft, rounded shapes, which express Klenell's preference for vintage and modern details.
