John Wischhusen Description

John Wischhusen initially studied furniture and cabnitmaking and he later graduated from Centrall St. Martins with an MA in Industrial Design.

To date he has produced a range of designs for lighting, furniture and most recently clocks. He is often influenced by materials and processes and an intrinsic part of his design practice is to physically create and experiement with materials. He frequently incorporates the mechanical and the kidnic in his work such as in h is ideas for clocks of which Dual was the culmaination and logical conclusion.
