Ezio Pirali was botn in Italy in 1921. The trained electrician designed different fans for the company FER in the 50s, mirroring the Italian design of the 50s.

A distinctive example of Italian post war design is hidden in the fans by Ezio Pirali, exhibited in the most important art collections of the world, like the Museum of Modern Art in New York, the Centre Pompidou Paris as well as the collection of the Pinakothek of Modern Art in Munich.
