Paolo Ulian

Paolo Ulian was born in the Italian Massa Carrara in 1961. During his apprenticeship he visited classes of arts from Getulio Alviani and Luciano Fabro at the Academy of Fine Arts in Carrara for three years.

Ulian also made his diploma in Carrara in 1990. In 1992 the Italian designer became independent together with his brother Guiseppe and he continues working with him successfully.

Paolo Ulians cooperation with Droog Design and some important Italian design companies started in 1995. In 2003 he designed his “Bowl” for FontanaArte, to be used as clothes hook or as shelf for objects.
