"My ideas stem from observing everyday life. I look behind habits, such as eating and drinking. In my work, I allocate a character to things by dint of their shape, which supports their function and makes them individual.

In this way, I create "small personalities" for daily use.

I have worked independently in my own atelier since 2001, both in the field of unique objects as well as in industrial design", said the designer.

1990-1993 Apprenticeship as goldsmith, Vocational School for Glass and Jewellery in Neugablonz
1993-1995 Work as silversmith
1995-2001 Academy of Visual Arts in Nuremberg under Prof. Ulla Mayer
2000 Appointment as Master scholar
Own atelier in Nuremberg since 2001
2005/06 Teacher at the Vocational School in Neugablonz

Participation in competitions and exhibitions at home and abroad.
