Oliver Schick designs furniture, lamps and interior design for serial production. Besides that work, he also experiments testing the limits of material, functionality and sustainability.
Oliver Schick was born in Darmstadt (Germany) in 1969. He graduated in Product Design in Saarbrücken in 1999, before he worked as freelance for Prof. Uwe Fischer in Frankfurt am Main. Schick co-founded the label “thinktank) in 2001 and works for different companies as freelance since 2005.
The studio from Oliver Schick is based in Offenbach. Some of his customers are namely manufacturers, such as Ligne Roset or Gubi.
