«Developing products is the purpose of my life. I love to start where there’s nothing. The creative process has many triggers. For me, the start is usually a still unapparent need. What follows are ideas, many ideas and conversations, and finally… after hours or years … an interesting new product has evolved.»
Willi Glaeser already worked in the third generation as a cabinetmaker master and managing owner of the joinery Glaeser AG , when he founded in 1981 together with his cousin Otto Glaeser the today's famous, international Swiss furniture brand Wogg (which is made up of the initials of the two cousins).
Besides that Willi Glaeser also designed some objects which became very famous for other companies. A good example is the paper collector which he designed in 1989 and which is today sold internationally by Thomas Merlo & Partner AG.
